It has a cartridge problem. It needs to be refilled only after printing of around 20 print.

Worst experience ever!
Reviewing this after 2 years of purchase ,
Worst decision purcgase of my life .
Cartidge cost is around 1500 and it wont even print 300 pages altogether , and you can't even plan to refill the cartridges because it wont support , just sold it at rs 900 and bought a canon ink tank .. worst product by hp , the hp smart app is also very poor ... Printing is decent bt app and cist of the cartridges will make your life hell

Worst experience ever!
Received a broken unit. The paper roller was broken, it wasnt detecting any paper in the input tray because of the broken roller.
Thumbs down for flipkart logistics as the box was heavily compressed on 2 sides, which I think broke the roller.
Flipkart return policy also sucks. They first mandatorily route you to hp toll free number, whatever may be the issue. What can the hp guy do if I have received a broken unit.?? Only after numerous calls was my refund accepted.
