Good Packaging, great specs, nice buy at this price.

when power button is pressed, the display is not even showing hp on the screen. And after some time we can see the C:\ displaying on the screen and no other response from the laptop what ever button is pressed.

Got this product for 23340 on big billion day.

Product is new one.

But I have received item with manufacturing defect. No sound from speaker and headphone.

I have tested in windows 10 and Ubuntu with windows default driver and realtek driver downloaded from HP site.

Then I tested audio using HP hardware diagnostics tool, then it shows audio test FAIL and error an error code.

I requested for replacement.

Another drawback is display angle view is not good as expected.

I got it with DOS but after installing win 10 and the required drivers... This machine works well.

Bad

I bought this laptop at 24990 using no cost emi , I'm getting 4-5 hours of battery backup on this laptop and it doesn't heat up . It's processor performance is very similar to i3 5005 u . It has 1 tb hard disk and 2 gb r5 m430 graphic card which makes it the best laptop under 30 K .
