The laptop is in good condition when I received and I did not here any noise from its Hard disk as I read in the reviews. Product wise I feel food as if I want the same features we have to pay much more in the market. I checked for the same laptop model in different shops, but I did not find the model anywhere and I do not have any other option except to get it from Flipkart.

the image which is shown in flipkart is wrong, image shown is HP Pavilion VERSION but while DELIVERY they devivery HP AC series laptop that is basic laptop look. if you are going for good design & look then don't go for it, if you are going for only configuration then go for it, it is good laptop

This laptop give unusual noise from Hard drive. Yet HP says that this is normal on call itself without actual checking the products. Looks like HP is already aware of such fault in their product and says normal with their blah blah explanation.I am much aware about kind of hard drives but there is something wrong with the hard drive of this laptop from day 1 of purchase. I received the laptop on promised date given by flipkart. But while using the laptop,I find certain issues.As after some times it starts hangs.If you are playing any audio file or video file.So just after a couple of minutes it will hangs and created unwanted noise from bottomside.

FlipKart is a cheating company. It takes money from customers secretly.

both flipkart and hp are going to fool the customers.by selling this kind of products and no proper response from them.from day one the product has the issues and when contact flipkart they told to contact hp when contact to hp and they took 2 monthsand not resolve the issue and then told to contact microsoft.and days are going but they are not trying solve the issues.

The system comes with 8GB RAM. Is it 1 RAM of 8GB or 2 RAMs' of 4GBeach? I want to know what is the maximum extendable RAM for this system? How many memory slots?
