The product received is absolutely good and the prints are very crisp and clear. However, the delivery personnel at the time of delivery said that the support from HP will schedule and appointment and give a demo of the product. It's been almost 2 weeks now and I am yet to receive the call. All this has made me wonder if this product is an original and if HP would even support if the warranty is claimed.

First thing first - Packing was wonderful and I got it delivered in 1 and a half day in standard delivery !!!...surely that was fast this time by ekart.

Installing this product was easy if you follow setup manual thoroughly( It took me about 20 minutes). A CD with all drivers and software comes along. Works like a charm after initial set up (would have been easier if instruction was printed rather than only pictorial). Print quality is awesome and scanner also works decent. Configured Wi-Fi and gave print/scan from office/personal laptops. Also tested the priny from my android device. Got it on offer price in addition to axis bank discount for 3900 odd. Opted for 6 months EMI and still 4100 odd.I would say good deal!

Very good printer. Easy setup and installation. Wireless printing is so smooth. Print quality is good too. Printing speed is slow, but it doesnt matter as its for home use. Scan, xerox was fine too. Overall very good product.

Since I bought the product after using 3 months I found that this HP printer is working super fine and smoothly without any error disturbance I think those who were using this printer obviously like the wireless function of the printer I used to use printer with my tablet and mobile phone.

Printer installation process ia very easy and alo it's very useful via wareless. All over I am 80% satisfied with this printer. But this printer scan software have to be improve to set actual size of any scan....

I have purchased this product 1 months back and I am very happy with this product. It has a nice look. Set-up of the product is very easy and anybody having basic computer knowledge can do that. I have wifi in my house and this printer is connected to the same. Hence, I can print via wireless from my laptop or from my smart phone.Scan and copy quality is also good.

I strongly suggest purchase of this product for home use.

About the product; Quality wise HP and Canon are same. I think Canon is little bit better than HP. But the thing is that the cost of cartridge!! I used Canon Pixma 2970 for past 1 year. Colour cartridge costs 1350 INR and black was 880 INR. XL ones costs 200+ INR each. That was not at all affordable to me. So I decided to change the brand. The usable cartridge for this printer is HP680. Each one costs up to 540 INR max. I paid ...

Its quite easy to install and the web based set up is outstanding. Since the printer is wifi enabled, its so easy to print from the i pad. Print quality is also good. Overall a good printer for home use.
