Genuine & Healthy HP Battery promises me 3.5 hrs of entertainment mobility

I have an HP Pavilion dv6-3043tx Notebook PC and this battery fits perfectly into it. As instructed, performed 2 cycles of charging and discharging just after opening the pack and now the HP Battery Check application shows 98% charging capacity. Now that's really the sign of a healthy battery. All product warranties are JAPAN ONLY

The warranty card I received along with the product is valid in 'Japan only'. Seriously??
I filed for a return and the response that I got from Flipkart was "this would only be between me and the seller, and you can only transfer my response to the seller". Also, the seller rejected the return request asking me to register the product online instead.
Now, the option to rate the seller has also been removed.
I am not coming to Flipkart again.

I would say for all dv 6 series owners although u dont have any other option,coz this battery only will fit in your laptop, but its better to buy from flipkart. as always gud service from flipkart.
About product. "Its genuine"
Working fine, backup is as per its benchmark.
Its cool, Also u got to take care of your batteries u know.

Only con is its price, in other brands, the 6 cell battery is available at lower price.But if u hav purchased an HP laptop, u got to cope up with that.

No original cover/box - HP MU06 Laptop Battery - Possibly Duplicate

I just received the battery without the original HP box/cover. No warranty/receipts, like a banana without peel/skin. Highly doubt if its original. Works though. But not worth the price, better to buy from somebody who sells stuff exactly the way it looks in the HP store and not like streetside stuff. This is most likely not HP MU06.

Decent Battery

As always, nice service from Flipkart. I have been using this laptop for a year and a half now. My company has provided me the laptop and I am in charge of taking care of it. My laptop's battery died pretty soon as compared to other employees' laptops. Anyways, the backup used to be pretty decent, before it all of a sudden stopped giving backup.

I ordered it because I had no other option. Frankly, I wouldn't have even bought the laptop in the first place, if I had a say in it! ;)

happy with the quality but its quality isn't compared to HP genuine spare. however its genuine product as claimed by the seller but performance isn't similar to that You will get 2.5 hours on full charge.
Battery is already depleted by 7-10% that means u will get around 90% as full charge capacity.

I just received the HP MU06XL 55Wh 10.8V Long Life Battery for my HP Pavilion dv6 6165TX. It arrived in 15 hours. The battery looks like an authentic HP product and I am currently completing the first charging cycle, which seems to be going on quite rapidly. I hunted far and wide and for long to get the perfect battery for my HP Pavilion dv7 6010tx. Nowhere could I match the part number of the old battery number for number.
On a hunch, I settled for this version of the battery even though the part number was different. I kept my fingers crossed.
