After a lot of comparison, I bought this printer ONLINE directly from HP.
This printer is of high technology with lot of embedded features for home-office use.
Thanks to the HP support team for the help to know all the wonderful features & for the on-call configuration.

Its already been around 3 weeks of heavy use and there were no issue yet. The BEST functionality is to print from the email and through Mobile-app.
As usual HP cartridges were costly but overall its the best.

This is a good user friendly printer but cartridge are expensive and output is low. Hp should work on how to reduce the cartridge cost

it is good printer but the copying function of officejet 8620 are best as compared to this one.you cannot copy two sided document in one go as is done by 8620 model.

Im a big fan of Flipkart and have been shopping on Flipkart since long. Said that, my current experience due this seller was horrifying.

This is an high end product which on delivery I discovered was used and damaged. This seller should be blacklisted on Flipkart. Im awaiting the inspection to happen and Im sure the person who visits can clearly make out that this product was used and damaged on delivery.

I hope and Im sure that Flipkart would understand this issue and refund my money asa...

Ordered this item on 24th August and was promised delivery by 27th August 2014. It's 1st September today and I still haven't received the item. Not only that, we got not even a single communication from Flipkart about the delay. Extremely bad service from Flipkart.
