Bought offline, from HP authorised store for 54K, about 50 days ago. HP AU series is successor to the HP AB series, which was no doubt an amazing mid range option for laptop buyers.

HP AU is the upgrade over AB series, with DDR4 RAM (DDR3L RAM in AB series). Does DDR4 really matters? In real life, not much. But if you're a heavy user, you'll really see this machine with 4th Gen RAM stick (DDR4) really performs well. It has one 8GB RAM stick already installed and has the room for one more 8GB...

Everything was good but I got only 10 months warranty, as it was shown 1 years warranty. Also McAfee was of 2 months validity only. And the screen blinks in between while using or working on laptop.

Laptop is very good in using, only drawback i found is it comes with non detachable battery and display resolution is as usual as 30-40k laptops.
Go for Full HD Laptops if you get in this range.
6th generation is awesome along with clear graphics.
Dint find DDR4 much of use as i dint find much of a difference by using it.
If thats okay for you can easily go for this laptop!

I bought this Laptop at a buy back offer during the Big Billion Day sales for ₹40,000. It's turned out to be a bargain for me at ₹40K. Initially when i started using the laptop on the first day i was having some flickering issues with the screen. But as soon as i updated the graphics drivers, both Intel and Nvidia, everything is now perfect. Great product all in all. And it Does Have back-lit Keyboard.

its amazing . thanks to hp team to provide this laptop at this price. I use it and such it's a amazing fully feature loaded laptop. the ram is awesome, borrow a good prosier and the screen size is mind blowing . And the looks are pretty beautiful . I relay like it....... :-)

Lightweight and and good specs at this range.
you will receive original backpack of hp with this product.
battery life is decent about 5-6 hours during normal usage.
design looks awesome with perfect finishing,
ONLY problem is display which is not that bright in outdoor light.

2. The backlit keyboard is good for a start, but, the light leaks from sides & stings the eyes especially in dark. In Mac, the button completely covers the light.

I was using this laptop for 2 months and through online registration I got free gifts from HP. It was too good for normal users (for browsing, etc.....)
The display is good but not at side angles......
