Ordered under exchange, got a great deal and received my laptop before scheduled delivery period. Smooth and easy exchange procedure. Very well packed and received the x 360 13 U004Tu in top condition. HP sack is of good quality. Yet to explore though, first experience 5 on 5 .

The laptop is great . I use it for my daily use and entertainment purpous . Tried but could not find a flaw even it have backlight keyboard along with touchscreen.The display is so amazing . Please see full hd movies in it to get mesmerised. 4 hours battery back up is definite. Build is superb and weight is bearable but offcourse heavier than mackbook. Buy it no questions asked.

Nice sounds quality... Nice display... Very light weight... Best for Management Student... Super swift... No lagging... Just touch sometimes create issue... But its bearable.... Go for it.. Highly Recommended...

First time I have found Flipkart service poor.
They have not sent the bag which should be included in the package. They compensated me by providing only Rs.700 for a HP original bag whose worth is Rs. 2499.

This is a review after 1 year of usage.
I had rated the device 5 stars. I subtract 1 star.

The good:
1) Excellent support for other operating systems like Linux distros, also for Chromium OS
2) Great keyboard. Good typing experience.
3) Descent speaker. Sound has been good mainly because the speaker is upward firing.
4) It has two RAM slots. Confirmed from an HP Engineer.

That's all I can say about the good.

The product is good. But please note that the specs are incorrect. This laptop has only one RAM slot.

If you want laptop with touch, you can buy it. I have noticed a manufacturing fault in these hp convertible laptops. When you fold these laptops to tablet mode, at the left end the back part of screen does not touch to the back side of other half part properly (1-2 mm gap between two surfaces.). I had seen this in hp showroom and my laptop too has ditto problem. but this can be avoided. Rest laptop is totally fine. Price can be a bit lesser than 44000 bucks.
