Excellent machine but the only con is you have to update it to Windows 10 Anniversary edition by yourself!!

Look and design 5star with no second thought. But when it comes to performance​, i3 slightly lag when multi tasking done. If you're usage is minimum thn go for it otherwise same look have i5 configuration with slightly high price.

I hav checked the review there they mentioned we can increase the Ram but when I talked to technical support executive he told me it's not possible to upgrade or just confirm with hp service center ...... As it is in replacement period I expect Flipkart to solve the problem but there executive just called me told me to update the windows .....I don't knw y should I need to update just aftr a day of receiving the product as they already mentioned it come with preinstalled updated window . About the product, its shiny looks and feels great. But it feels very delicate, feel like it's gonna break if subject to load.

Very good laptop with some cool features. The touch screen is really smooth and the laptop is really well built & handy. The only thing I would complain about is the processing speed - its a bit sluggish when too many applications are open and tends to hang sometimes.

Except for looks this piece literally drains my whole lot of time to just even check my mails. Very slow and poor performance. The battery was getting heat and not giving backup for at least 15mins after 1.5 year !
