Laptop is good light weight and handy when you need to carry around.
No issues with using laptop so far, light weight.
360 degree foldabe laptop so no worry if you kids pulling screen on other side.
Packaging was good.

As per product info active pen is included however it wasn't sent with laptop.

Initially laptop was slower a bit but after update of windows it is working smooth. Overall good package. Office is included nut without key. U have to buy key. Pen is not included.
Hinges are strong and vent is behind and small and not on a side so it get warm than ba075tx model though both have same processor.

Did not get the pen with the laptop

A worthless product resulting in sustained and repeated consumer-grievances on its functioning. Had to repeatedly lodge complain with the Hp but, of no use. Hp is fully aware of the consumer-grievances arising out of the functioning of this model but, to the utter prejudice of its consumers, has not decided to withdraw it from the market. Investing in this model is a prejudice by itself. You can get far better-working Core i3 laptops of Hp and other companies, at far lesser price. DO NOT BUY ...
