Good quality product

Product come in good condition and as per list. It is in working condition, used 4 times from last 2 weeks. Till date result is good.
Used for wooden drilling and mansory bits for metal drill . Good give good results.
So far so good.
Only till date not received response to my email ,in which i had asked about "how i can avail warranty ,in case of any device failure"
