Good product with bad customer service
This review is after 8 months of use, under normal and regular usage.
I am giving 2 star rating because although the phone is a good phone with good specifications, its not worth a buy. I had picked up this phone in the month of May 17 and in Jan 18 the phone was abruptly dead. Wouldn't charge or boot. Since it was in warranty, HTC service (handled by TVS in Mumbai) had checked and confirmed that the motherboard had gone off. Its been 15 working days since my phone is still stuck with the se...

Pros:
You get metal body in HTC 10 whereas S7 is fragile. This is the only plus point for HTC 10. However, you can mitigate this risk (in S7) through a good case or a lanyard.
Cons:
1. Overpriced.
2. S7 camera has much faster focusing ability.
3. Quality-wise, inferior to S7 which is available at much lower price.
4. HTC's star is falling. You don't know when they stop making smartphones (like Acer has decided)
5. Support is not as easily available as Samsung or Apple.

CHECK THE SELLER BEFORE BUYING!!
I am pretty sure the device is excellent, hence i ordered it after a fair bit of research and my preference for a phone with great audio quality
But unfortunately this happened:
Received product from seller MOBILEGADZS.
1. Package was sealed from outside using cellophane
2. Sent a different color model.
3. phone inside was already used with finger prints all over
4. The high-res earphone was replaced by a cheap one.
5. Every thing inside the box was out of place.
