From the 1st day when I got this phone, it heats alott...
I dont understand hoe HTC a quality maker can let such think happen ?
10% battery drains in just 5minutes while usung only whatsapp.
It feels like burning coals are placed on hand.
If you are thinking to buy smart phone around 10k then move to ASUS zenphone 5.
I advise all HTC lovers to dont buy this model.

Camera quality , music , screen quality was not good. Battery also goes quickly . This not value for money .

The scree touch is not good. can't scroll properly. Dissapointed with the product. battery is good, speaker is good. if you install true caller, it creates problem in picking the call.

don't buy this phone.if we use this phone continuously for 5 to 10 minutes it is heating up severely and gets a feeling that we can make an omelet with this heat,seriously i am facing this problem.

Am very happy with Flipkart service and response, i bought dis phone and used for few days.Flipkart returned my money back as i was not happy with the mobile,
THE REASONS ARE:
*mobile gets heated front and back in very short interval and hence back panel is peeling off .finally mobile looks v.worst without back layer.
*Fed up with poor wifi settings.(wps) settings often disconnects and to reconnect i have to press ma office wps router button wich is not possible evry time.
*sound quality is ...

It has good camera and a fast processor but it has one big drawback external speaker sound is of very poor quality otherwise phone is good .

need training for your delivery because they are manners less if it is possible to change your delivery boys

dont buy this.. the battery is getting heated horribly when it is charged and even for the usage of whats app for 5min.. i did't play any games even then it is getting heated for 5 min sometimes.. I have bought this last week now i have requested for return they cancelled my request by saying a bull shitting trouble shooting process but I have kept request again.. my suggestion is don't go for it..

overal full satisfied. htc lunched this product tom compete with moto g and samsung neo other 12 k phone
