phone is awesome. I would give it 4.5/5 but i bought it on 26th may from Sangeeta as in FLIPKART it went out of stock. But thank GOD,Its only 23K but flipkart is just raising the price.. taking the advantage of MRP. not expected from flipkart.

UPDATE: I am now a proud owner of this amazing device and got it at just 22990 from a local retailer, i have no idea why flipkart is selling this phone at such a higher rate.
Anyways, the phone looks stunning and its hard to keep your hands away from it !!! :)

The phone has an HD panel, which translates into 720 pixels across and 1280 pixels down. The display size is 5.5 inches. That equates to a PPI of 267, NOT 229. That's the same PPI you'd find on the Note 2 and the Note 3 Neo. It would be better if you judged things yourself than write a "review" that's entirely based on hearsay.

Hey guys Im using this mobile from 23 days. I bought gray color. nt from flipkart, I will not re write specs again here.

Body = by look its sexy, slim. looking pretty n giving rich look but, back plastic body is not so good. attract fingerprints n scratches. I have suggestion u can buy full body guard, its same like screen guard it covers full phone body. cost upto 600Rs.

Screen = very good, sharp. best to watch videos, gaming . but little dull in direct sunlight. no problem at all.

Really this is just an awesome from HTC, few things about HTC Desire 816

I am using this phone since 1 week and found no issues
pros:
1)both primary cam and secondary cam is awewsome
2)performance will be excellent(no lags found while playing games and browsing)
3)HTC sense 6
4)looks very rich
5)display is also good

cons:
1)little bit bigger phone(but looks very rich and slim)
2) backside of phone is made up of plastic(but using flip-cover you wont feel as plastic body)

the specs this phone has, the awesome HTC UI and the massive 5.5 inch screen as well as camera which gonna uproot other co. like Samsung etc completely .....:) it looks stunning, so sleek design make it out there as leader in this price bracket and its just launch within coming some days it way be available around 22-23k best deal to crack.
