I would recommend to list down and prioritize your requirements first before choosing any product and secondly admit the fact that "Every product will be superseded by other(in technology and price), so you can't get the best product but you can make the product , the best of yours".

HTC did its splendid work for making this mobile. I am using this phone for past two months. i have seen these pros and cons in this phone.
Pros:-
1. the sleek design
2. the sim lot HSUA getting me the speed of 4.1 Mbps speed in my first slot and slot is normal speed.
3. the camera is also good for it.
4. the battery back up for this, i am using 24*7 GPRS in ON state in 3G mode. it is giving 10 Hrs back up and even after seeing the movie it is giving a back up of 8 Hrs.

Good Buy for the Money Spent
The Product is pretty good for a medium level user and worth every penny spent.
A decent speed, dual sim features are great. A phone perfect for the pocket and yet housing a powerful enough processor for medium level users.

Comparison with Sensation XE, my good old phone.
I was using Sensation XE previously. I can compare Desire X only with Sensation XE.
Pros:
Very much handy & light weight. Does not fall down from my shirt pocket when I bend downwards. Falling from pocket was a major problem with my old phone HTC Sensation XE.
Loud voice & good clarity.
Cons:
This is something you have to live with; but not a major problem.
Touch screen response is lesser than that of Sensation XE.
3G connectivity fails in some places as compared to Sensation XE. But this ...

I just bought this mobile and it feels great to use it. I can run more than one application at same time, switch between them easily. Interenet browsing is not so good. Sometimes it becomes slow. Camera quality is good and music is also good.
Display clarity is best and size is also large. Battery lasts longer than other apple phones.
I think the best mobile among all at this price range.

Its just awsome...with fipkart adding more wows to it...
first thanks to flipkart for providing phn with all latest features...as in market the phn is just with ice cream sanwitch...
about the phn.. its a really gud mid range phn providing all facilities you need...
the features are same as on site so i wont be talking about it...
if you wanna buy this phn surely you can go for it.. only considering the speaker of the phn is not that loud.. the video recording dose not record the 720p hd video recording...
and ya u dont get a file manager in it.. s...

display is crystal clear any image looks HD in the mobile. voice quality is also the best because of beats audio. camera quality is also good but there was 2 dots in the lens of the camera which appeared in every image i took.. the mobile was fine in the warranty period but suddenly after the warranty was over mobile started showing problems. there is no other issue of the mobile. overall nice product

desire x used since jan 2014. performance is best . i like the smart phone. camera clearity is fine.sound without earplug is very slow. hand having hot at that time of net surfing & playing game. overally phone is best.
