This book is not a bible for Html5 but this will give you an idea of what tags exist in html5 and also the author has gone an extra step to explain the history behind some of the html tags that we use currently. This book also explains about some of the html5 features like microdata that is still not used extensively but very good to know about the feature.

I started off my HTML5 journey with this book. It covers everything in just the right detail and is a joy to read. Very clearly put concepts, great examples and tips. By the end of this book I was quite confident of my journey with HTML5. A must read for every developer. Mark Pilgrim is the Guru!

i got this book and i felt that am so late to buy this. Its so small and handy to carry . Its a good book for reference and it covers a entire topics with appropriate examples.

mostly the book contains the Html % views and also the history of HTML of some of the few pages ...., and also it covers the CSS and also the JavaScript in the last chapters .... So I will give the rate of 5 / 5 ..... and also very very good paper quality also the package is very good... I recommend this book.....

Delivery was quick. Packaging was good. Book in good condition. Quality of the paper, print etc is genuine. Starting chapters give some history of the web, HTML and the WHAT working group. Some good anecedotes too! Jumps into code right away using the modernizr JS library for HTML5. Must read for web devs and also helpful as a quick reference.

This is a must read if you are planning to get started with HTML5. Nothing more to say; just get it and read it! Its worth its price.
