i have use this product for 7 days . its very good speed even with 2g . not over heated. never call drops.but software starts slowly bt its manageable.
although i have not use it 2g till now . tested on 3g excellent speed. . just buy it.
the price is unbeatable indeed. just go for it guys.

Good product from huawei...
Overall product performance is good there is no so much heating issue but after using it for two to three hours there is some heat.. In the features of this product they have not mentioned the OS support for Windows 8 But on the product company box they mentioned it.. i have used with Win 7 working great without any problem and it supports for all calls you can directly answer the call with your laptop no need of mircophone... Go buy it there is 100 % satisfaction..

I was surprised to see a 14.4/5.76 Mbps modem available at this price. Supports features like Dialing/Recieving calls through the provided dashboard which proved to be very useful. Don't be confused about the WiFi thingy. It is not that the device has the hardware or chip for making a hotspot or using a WiFi connection. It rather uses your Laptops WiFi adapter to create a hotspot to be used by other WiFi enabled devices. Yes, it is a software. No big deal.

Yes this is good product from huawei.Heating on heavy download still not an issue.However I using this in ubuntu(linux) and working nice with wvdial.It automatically detects 2g/3g type of connection and LED shows different color for that.I am loving it and

About the datacard, it works well on Windows 8, just need to get the drivers from huawei site.. Attained a Speed of 1MBPS on Airtel 3G.. Didnt try the Soft Wi-fi yet.. But overall an excellent product!
