The product is very good. But Meaning of Soft wifi is not explain in manual or in huawei website. After experimenting I logically got the meaning of soft wifi. Soft wifi means the Data Card do not have inbuilt wifi adapter, it require wifi adapter of laptop to provide wifi hotspot. I got my E3131 Datacard two days back. Its 21.6 Mbps super fast Datacard. On my Tata Docomo SIM , I was able to get a max of 4.8 Mbps Download. The cool features, rather surprised features are as follows:

I have bought this product last week and according to me it is a good product but the default software is just tooo slow
connecting from a bsnl sim is irritating with the inbuilt software but since I have windows 8 its becoming easier to connect

I would like to tell everyone don't get exited about soft wifi since to use it you need to have a inbuilt wifi modem in your pc or lappie
I don't have one so I cant use it

I purchased Huawei E3131B 3G DataCard (Black) from Flipkart on 2nd July and got the free home delivery in Pune in just 2 days as it was published on website.
The piece was in good condition and the Flipkart guy was courteous in dealing.
The Datacard gets installed quickly as soon as it is plugged in the USB socket.
The speed is Ok with BSNL and Idea 3G networks.(Don't expect miracles - The speed is highly dependent on the NETWORK)

Very nice speed on my BSNL Carrier.
Really easy to use and any new user can easily understand its usage.
Only con is that
It doesn't support mobile partner and also its getting very hot when used on 3g for long.
Gives good download speeds of upto 1 MBPS.
