Here’re our favorite ways to style our Strobes: As a Gloss: Laquer your lips all over for volume and shine. The prismatic effect of the formula adds dimension and really sculpts your pout for a super plump look. As a Strobe: Apply your favorite lipstick and dab Lip Strobe in the middle and blend outwards for a color transforming, strobing effect. As a Matte Topper: Wear your favorite lip shade or go bare, then apply the lip strobe all over. Blot with a tissue, and you’ll be left with a stunning matte shimmer lip.
