The Maruti Suzuki XISS Awanish Kumar Dev Memorial Trust has, over the past 9 years, been organizing a series of talks focusing on the importance of Industrial Relations and Employee Relations. This book is a compilation of those lectures. Eminent thought leaders, top HRMs from the best in the industry come together each year to share insights into HR practices, and to offer solutions to commonly shared issues.
