Diabetic snack
I was bit skeptic when i first purchased it. Being a type 2 diabetic I have to be careful on food choices. But these bars have been a revelation. I have a couple of these on my work desk at any point of time now. Great taste and cost effective too

Q:Can lean body take it? Because I can see there is 20gm carbs volume.
A:Off course you can take it.but Calculate it in your daily diet cycle and compare whether it's good for you or not. If you are doing a normal diet then go for it.
