Mic does not work and the button on for the controller also not works properly when we are on an normal call I don't know why!!
Unable to pick calls/end calls from the button on the earbuds.
Overall the sound quality is really good for games and listening to music.

Terrible product
Guys don't buy this headset from hyperx. Other hyperx headset best. This build quality is very bad, maily the ear buds is very hard & sharp . Inside ear cause high pain & wound. Due to hard&sharp edges.
Main problem is no refund available from this products. My money is waste. I can't use this headset.
Buy any other.
