Does the job
It's tacky and slightly sticky to the feel even when dry. Does transfer. Colour is pretty - for dusky skinned women. Disappointed that it's not transfer proof.
But a huge positive is that it does not dry out your lips, (but lip balm prep is still required). And mine are dry from the get go.
