Slightly disappointed
while the phone in normal mode works fine, when setting up the SOS the phone stops completely and just allows emergency calls only.

Q:ringtone volume is sufficient for old people
A:yes it is, but i wud suggest not to buy this phone. the sos button gets easily pressed and then its a havoc. also there is no way u can switch it off. Also once u buy this phone there is not return.

A:Yes * & # keys can be used for that. Moreover there is a dedicated SOS button which upon pressing calls 5 numbers which can be saved under emergency section.
