My mother wanted a decent mobile with below features.

-No QWERTY keypad
-No Touchscreen
-Easy to use (Settings)
-Comfortable Display

So I purchased iBall Aasaan for my mother and she liked it very much. It suits her requirement i.e. just call and message.

After receiving the product, she called me and told that after inserting the sim, it is showing "NO NETWORK". I called customer care and they replaced the mobile within two working days.

New one is working perfectly. I would like to say ...

Overall a good phone.
Pros:
1. Large white color backlite keypad which has excellent viewing for elderly ppl.
2. High ringing volume
3. dedicated button for torch lite
4. dedicated button for radio, which can be listened without using headphone.

Cons:
1. Display backlight cannot be changed to any different color
2. Comparatively very cramped display.

BEST CHOICE FOR SENIOR CITIZENS WHO NEEDS SUPPORT ANYTIME ANYEHERE.

IT WAS SPECIALY DESIGNED FOR THOSE WHO HAVE VISION PROBLEM(KEYPAD DESIGNED IN SUCH A WAY - LARGE AND VOICE REPRESENTATION). I BOUGHT FOR MY DAD PARTICULARILY BECAUSE OF THIS FEATURE AND HE IS HAPPY TO HAVE A PHONE LIKE THIS.

"SOS", VOICE CLOCK AND WIRELESS FM MAKES THE PRODUCT WORTHIER THAN ANY OTHER MOBILE. ALSO ITS LOOK N STYLE WAS EXCELLANT. VERY GOOD BATTERY BACKUP.

I ordered the phone looking at the T.V advertisement. The phone was sent to me within 3 days after placing the order. It is an excellant phone with large keys which can be seen even without specs. The wireless fm is simply amazing. The torch button, phone lock button and the sos button are the phone's usp. As soon as the sos button is pressed a loud siren activates and emergency message is sent to 5 people along with call on their no one by one. This phone is simply awesome for senior citizen...

My parents are over sixty and find to use this phone a breeze as it is very similar to cordless. Big number keys and voice help. The SOS is a big plus and provides some kinda confidence to us. This product was delivered by FlipKart in 2days. Amazing Work Flip Kart!

have purchased this to phone to my mother. this phone has several goods.
1) easy access to several feature with easily accessible buttons for Torch Light / FM radio / etc. one need not go into phone menu operate these features. which is quite helpful to my mother.
2) loud and clear voice / ringtones. another plus for older people.
3) nice big number keys which is also quite helpful for older people.
4) we have tested the SOS facility provided in the phone, its good but only problem it should ...
