the tv tuner card is awesome
all you have to do is plug in a proper jack and wire if the reception quality is bad what can a tv tuner card do
if you dont believe me connect it to a dish (reliance, airtel so on)
the setting are quite hard to understand at first
if you are watching tv then only you change settings for the tv
if you are listening to a radio then only you can change settings for the radio
scanning is also good

i use this TV tuner last 1 month nice TV receiving and recording and 2channal surround sound nice .full value of money.very small to carry and work fine with normal cable TV connection.it is having very nice FM receiver but the FM recording in only in WAVE and AMR format.200 channel capacity.

After buying the product, I was really surprised by the compactness of the product. The image quality is good enough for me, not remotely near any tv quality, but still good enough for 1200 bucks tv (certainly better than cheap Chinese tvs). If you watch it from 5 feet distance, you won't even notice some grid lines which usually comes if the signal is not too strong.

Cons: 1. doesn't fit properly in USB port, so if you move your laptop while connected, picture quality goes down.
2. pathetic...

I ordered it on 24th Jan, 2013 around 12 30 am and received it on 28th Jan, 2013 evening. I paid by COD for the first time:) Flipkart service is good as usual.

Now about the device... I have tried this device in my Windows 7 laptop with Airtel DTH connection about 3 or 4 times. I'm able to watch the channels and record it without any major issues. Still I haven't tried with Cable connection. So I am giving a short review now and I will update with more details after trying different features...

My first purchase at Flipkart.com Delivery time was amazing within 28 hours i received it COD. Now coming to the product its a cheap addition to your laptop / PC to watch TV or listen to FM at liesure time.
To all those who complained about non working remote just see that the batteries in remote are inserted properly and check the remote with a mobile phone camera by pointing at camera when you press remote buttons the ir led glows in camera screen. Also while using remote remember to point...

Now this tv tuner is for those people who want to use their pc or laptop as well as watch some tv at the same time.

*Build quality is good, nothing like those chinese mumbo jambo.
*you get a s-video composite cable thus you can connect your Playstation on xbox.
*remote control is very responsive.
*software cd and setting up the tv tuner is pretty straight forward anyone can do it.
*200 channels/with recording.

i Brought this product on 22/10/2014 for Rs.1299/-, the clarity and the sound is good..
the product is worth for rs. 1299/- . the product works on laptop, desktop, mini laptop with cable as well as the dish connection.

but dont us the software given to install this product on laptop since it corrupts the operating windows files... use the original / downloaded from the iball.com

i received my package from flipkart good they delivered two days before their expeted date i had ordered on thursday and received the package on monday .

this is my review after using it

pros :

1) it works fanatstic with my cable tv connection .
2) clarity is good (i had read negative reviews ) but it is good overall from 4-5 feet distance .
3) bundlede software is good an working and is up to date now .

This tunercard is not so useful todate as supports only analogue signal. But now most of service providers providing only digital signal which is not supported by it. In analogue signal it works well. you can record multiple channels at the same time.

The FM Receptions is not that great but it can be lived with. The product is really great, the DTH reception is amazingly clear, haven't tested it on Cable / Antenna TV.

Was able to Stream Live DTH over LAN so that I can watch it on my Mobile or any Laptop across WiFi or LAN. Amazing to see that we can watch live TV in any room without any need to be in front of TV. The Software is good as well, works fine with XP & Windows 7.
