A graduate of Penn State, Volitich has almost three decades of experience in planning and implementing BI solutions to Fortune 500 and mid-level companies. He was previously employed as an IT Director at Smithy Braedon, a firm dabbling in commercial real estate. It was here that his experience and expertise with BI solutions started and steadily built.

Gerard Ruppert is an author and business intelligence consultant.
