writing this review after 1 year use. Excellent product with good cooling. great service by ifb. I have got used 3 free services in 1 year. On booking free service, next day ifb technician visited for service. value for money.

lastly I have purchased another ifb ac only this year.

I am using mitsubishi, hitachi, voltas, o general, Onida and I hesitate to buy this one but I bought and product is awesome in cooling. As well when it installed it looks beautiful as well. Sound is low but not that silent that I assumed but fully workable not noticeable that much. Only single issue I have remote is not working that way accurate that brand has to be Onida remote is 100% better than this accuracy wise but that is ignorable in front of other things. Go for it. Valuable product....

its first time i m using AC. I m from Chennai. I got it for 33500 with free installation, I bought AC brackets outside for 300 and fitting charges is 350. when I asked them they are costing 750 rs. Performance wise super.
For copper wire need to contact IFB customer support then we will get it for free of cost.
Inner swing (left & right) not working automatically, for that we have to set manually.

Ac is good.
Cooling 150sqft room at 26°c in 5-10 mins.
But installation process too late.
Zero response for local service center.
Ifb and Flipkart customer service is good and helped for installation.

Delivery time deserves 5 star. Regarding installation I would give 3 star as the free installation was not provided which was supposed to be free. Service boy claimed total Rs.1500 for installation of outdoor unit using bracket. He repeatedly discouraged me to fix the outdoor unit on the roof for the sake of selling of brackets for outdoor unit. 4 stars deserve the AC unit.
