It's mentioned as 5star but it's a three star ac as per my observation before this ac I used tcl 1.5 ton three star my power bill is arround 4500 to 5000 now with this ac like 1.5 ton 5 star the power bill is same as with 3star ac so I finally realised that it's a 3 star ac iam disappointed Abt power saving issue and better don't go with it

The product looks cheap and the IFB personals himself saying that the company is providing the product with cost cutting.

Product is very good and delivery 👍. But the only thing is installation persons are installed my ac outdoor unit it sounds, they are very roughly installed.
