I bought IFB because in the price, features and availability of after sales support, it offered the option against Panasonic, Haier and other Indian brands, even though IFB in tha past decade had been struck with poor product support and services. They have come up well in the past couple of years and hopefully do better to keep the confidence of their German origins and make it sound like an Indian product as it did over the last decade.

Initially I received damaged item, however received working product, it look more than expected time, however consider the number we provided was not correct, Flipkart were still proactive till the end. Sometimes issues shows character of people, never received unsatisfying product, but when I did Flipkart showed character and restored my confidence!!!!

I have this oven. Gasket on the door burned after single usage. It has been 6 months and I have been following up with IFB since then. They come and tell that there is a problem but won't resolve it. Simply close the ticket that it is resolved. You have to raise the ticket again. And the process continues. Just waste of time and money. Don't invest in this product.

After I got the micro-oven, I saw it was ok. But during installation the engineer found that its defective piece as it was not producing heat. After trying for 3 hours almost the machine is not responding to the heat production.

Flipkart better look into this kind of product deliveries. Do not spoil your reputation and please try to offer quick replace service.

I got IFB 20 BC4 20L a month back. When I opened the box, I found a dent on the microwave. I informed initially to the ekart delivery person who advised me to contact Flipkart customer support. I talked to them several times, and got the same response " Extremely sorry sir, Please give us 24 hours to resolve this. It went on for around 3 weeks.
