I own this product for 2 years. very useful one for places like Bangalore, where the Sun and Rain is not predictable.

Had an issue of non heating some time back, but was repaired by IFB under the warranty promptly.

On an average it takes about 75 Min to dry the cloths completely, Wrinkle free one takes little more longer.

Cupboard mode give you almost like a ironed one ready to wear and go.

Very happy with this product.

product is good and delivered on time. old clothes looks very much refreshed. ifb customer care did prompt service for installation.

one star less is for flipkart. there is no support for installation. we need to it ourselves.

This is the 2nd time I am purchasing the same product. I did purchase one 10 years back when my kids were young and it ran for 8 years. I discontinued it for the last two years once I got an integrated washer dryer which consumed much less power. I now went back to purchasing this a second time since the washer dryer could not handle the drying requirements in my household.

It works as expected. But, its fit and finish is not good, it came with a dents at top and back; No installation/demo is provided with the purchase;

Very poor build quality
Stopped working 4 days after use
Lodged grievance but not resolved
And to top that up someone from company called to give them a good rating
Will not recommend to anyone

Just awesome. I don't know what my current bill will be but the dryer is just awesome. No more lugging clothes in and out and running to bring them in if it rains. Especially in a place like Coonoor this is not a luxury but a necessity. Just too happy with this purchase.
