Writing this review just after the installation and 1 day of usage:

DElivery and Demo:
1. The product was delivered within the scheduled time, Thanks to Flipkart, but I expected this would be a couple of days earlier, it took 4 days for delivery
2. Demo was done the same day as delivery and this was a surprise as I had read some comments on slow service from IFB.

Very bad installation

I have been using this for 5 years but not a happy customer. Below are the issues
1. The Suspension for the tub get useless in every 2 years and need replacement - cost 2400 including labour
2. The sound to too much when its in Spin and feels like the whole machine will break
3. There is lot of vibration and while in Spin it will move alteast 3-4 inch and we need to change the stand to a stronger one.

Today I have to replace it with a top loading m/c

Not recommend to anyone, very poor customer care and engineering and reapairing service, machine sound is very noisy, lot of vibration with auto movement of machine from one place to another place than my older samsung machine, waste of money
