I have been using this machine for over a month now, thought of writing wat i feel,
starting with Flipkart , they delivered the machine in excellent package as usual the best experience
they raised the ticket to IFB and ensured that the expert installation has achieved, everything was smooth,
On usage, machine performs as expected and no major issues so far, only concern i found is it vibrates a lot during spin cycle, vibration is so high that even with the ifb metal base the machine shifts ...

The product was delivered promptly and also installed on time. However after the installation there is water leakage problem. Needs to be attended to. Complaint was attended to. There was a disconnection of a pipe..could have been avoided if at the time of installation a full demo with cloth had been done. Otherwise machine is fine.

The phone app works on Bluetooth so not so far range. All over ok
