I’m also using front load from past 5 years so far i have not faced any problem or repair.
Post sales service is also good every 3 months executive calls and visit for free general maintenance.(Sometimes we receive call but executive will not turn up need follow up in such cases)

Ordered on 8th December received on 12th December as date given by Flipkart, thanks for on time delivery, installation & demo on 14th dec.
Guy from IFB Explain every function also gave contact no. for any issue in future, 2 years warranty then paid service. Guy suggest tub cleaning every 2 month for long life of machine.
Using a week works good, built quality super.
