I am totally happy with Flipkart delivery process. I was notified periodically till the demo given by the service man. Also the IFB service man provided a good demo to understand the features and other functionalities related to this washing machine.

I would rate this product 4.5 as this is a good product and optimized design however I find only 2 shortcomings 1. you can set the timer accordingly 2. if the capacity would be 7kg then it would be amazing. Nice product as of now no issues. Only minor issues like need to rub more dirty parts of cloths with hands it doesn't get cleaned if you don't rub it or rinse for few hours. So it will be good if they provide some mechanisms for rubbing like in Samsung machine. Also the detergent left some time on clothes if we put it without dissolving it as the tray provided has no mixing mechnicsm. Otherwise performance wise machine is good.
