The outlet pipe that came with machine is so small that it does not go till the drainage line and they charge u extra for the big pipe. Atleast pipe provided with machine should be big

Great product
It is a good machine. Only it has one tray for detergent. So one has to add the softener later. Also since there is no time display it's hard to know the cycle timings.

Installation of the product was very bad. Technician was in hurry to install and he did not even explained how to use the product correctly. Instead he was a like a sales person, try to sell his products.
Size of the drum is very very small. It does not seems like 6kg drum. No timer screen. Average time for washing is almost 1hr 15mins

Good
I like the product very much, but it does not dry the clothes well. There is no display so the time cannot be seen. It takes too much time to clean.
But it doesn't have a drum cleaner.
