The Product is very good and Flipkart delivered on time, but the IFB service person is not enough good and forcing to buy filters and separate detergent powders and liquids, and scaring us if we don't use the filter, the washing machine will won't work more than 6 months. I didn't believe in his words and didn't purchase anything from him.

I am a thorough IFB person, so when my current IFB washing machine completed its 10 yr, it was time to change as IFB typically does not give post 10 Yr AMC.

Was looking for deals in IFB and a combination of exchange of 5000, 4 yr warranty (saving me 2500 per year) and 10% refund of StanChart was a no brainer. Ordered on 19/10 night and arranged for today 22/10 delivery.

Very good product again from IFB. Flipkart delivery was amazing. Ordered in the noon and got delivered next day morning 7 am. Was like woow.. installation got delayed from IFB team. Using it like more than a month now, it's does the job perfectly. Hot n warm water choices are there, that meets my washing requirements.
