It is a good model machine , It is very perfect comparing other machines . A good one from IFB.
Delivery was given in time before the date. Very smart looking machine. I suggest to everyone who wish to buy this model.

i reduced the star because..they didn't take my old washing machine even it was working.
dnt buy big products from flipkart even we are attracted by exchange offer.we get cheaper than here from local market.
they will not accept ur old one with worthless excuses.
for mine was.its making noise while spinning (old ).
everything was perfect but they didn't accept it.i was forced to give extra 1900 for which is actually more than local market price

IFB Elena VX 6kg was delivered as mentioned by Flipkart. Installation was done promptly by service engineer. We had our old IFB stand ready, but was not properly fitting with new IFB, hence had to purchase a new stand worth 1.5k. But as of now a satisfied customer,hence giving a five star. Will update my review with further comments after one month of usage.

Had scheduled for weekend delivery but got on Monday late evening instead
I called ifb customer care and got installation appointment ticket.
The ifb guy came right on Tuesday morning and completed the installation! Voila!
No prior notice of either delivery or installation.. I could have planned better with prior notice.
Also, flipkart took care to book installation appointment themselves. Thumbs up to flipkart for the fantastic quick service

Appliance as per IFB standards. Nice packing. Immediate installation arranged by Flipkart.
I also availed exchange offer. They picked up the old machine at the time of delivering new one. Proper line-up and satisfactory service.

While using the machine, we scared about the functioning... sometimes getting stuck in process...if we change anything on that, after restarting the machine again it continues to wash.......tough to understand and 2hours it takes for washing....at any cost

There is no doubt for IFB quality, it is just Great!
I am using this machine since last 2 months, the performance is just great.

I liked the product [ without unnecessary frills like Digital Display etc which only add to cost] but does the job extremely well.Delivery was prompt, Installation was prompt.No problems. Ramarao
