This machine is a clever gadget

I used the first batch videocon top loading fully automatic washing machine for 24.5 years with very little maintenance, I could not find a new machine to buy in the market, so I purchased this IFB machine one year ago and fully satisfied with its performance, I mean this one is a better one than my earlier one

This was our first washing machine and after a long search I found this with all those features at a very competitive rate thanks to flipkart. I have been using since 4 months no problems very user friendly, even my and kids operate it. Drying is not that effective and am not using it, rest all its wonderful. Menu is very clear. only problem is the stand which was brought locally is not quality product and is started rusting, but washing machine is absolutely fine product. we are using it for...

Worst product

PI never ever buy any products from IFB, brought this product just 40 days back & it started creating problems. during wash & spinning created lot of noise . doesn't know whats wrong with IFB. Most funny part is i raised a complaint 10 days back & still it was not at resolved . escalated the issue many times with customer care but no one turned up till now to come & resolve. Overall waste of 15k spending on big brand like IFB. worst part is there customer service.

Note : Highly not recommend...
