This machine is good with the name......but they very much ignored for the demonstration
And working is very nice as like the name

Easy to handle, simple and very good product. Installation is free if electric and Tap points are ready.
Trolley or stand is not important to buy.

IT'S GOOD ,INITIALLY IT HAD TO BE REPLACED ,THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE IS VERY GOOD. NOW THE MACHINE RUNS SUPERB....PATIENCE & FAITH BORE THE SWEET FRUIT.

Good product we are using from more than 3 months only one drawback is for water pipe we need to purchase separately that will cost nearly 1000/-

Quality is good but program taking too much time for washing..its not good as i wish..Its taking. 2.30 hours in cotton eco mode and 2-3 hours in cotton mode...Not Satisfactory..Ifb machine cover i purchased from ifb executive for Rs:650/-Too much cost..You have to use surf excel matic,ariel matic for ifb special products for washing clothes in other detergents detergent whiteness is there

Pros: Satisfied with features provided by IFB.
Cons: Engineer recommended not to full the tumbler means maximum 3-4 kg cloths can be washed at a time.
IFB demo and installation service was very satisfactory no additional payment was charged.
They recommended to use only liquid soap for washing purpose.

the product is fantastic. Flipkart delivery is awesome, got the product delivered in next day. the IFB fellow came after two days with 30 minutes prior intimation without any preparation (at 7.30 PM). He came and realized that the power supply and water tap is not suitable for the machine and need to be changed (this was not informed to me before). he was more interested to convince me to buy some water filter which to be attached with the washing machine, liquid detergent, stand, cover etc ...
