Good quality product
Overall the expeience has been satisfactory. Flipcart's delivery people were very helpful and their service was exemplary.
Installation technician was ok, may be because he came for installation late in the evening, he didn't show us the operation fully. But it was ok, since this was our second IFB machine and the first one had given us 18 years' continuous service. I feel you should have given at least a simple cover along with the machine.

Good quality product
A fine washing machine as expected.. Exchanged with old IFB machine.. Running sound is more than older one but tolerable.. Installation was done after 10 days from delivery which was quite annoying.. Still trust IFB. Overall good washing Machine.

Pretty good
It takes 30 minuites extra than the older washing machine Bosch that I had. There is no display showing the time takes to wash. There was much less sound for my older washing machine Bosch, this machine has more sound. Otherwise everything is nice and value for money.

Wonderful
Overall functionality wise good. But nobe quality and switch quality is very average. You couldn't feel a premium quality. Switches are not good fit. Spinning nob is roatating freely. Switch quality and press is not feeling good.
