Nice product
Good performance but some clothes are not washing well.. Taking too much of time... I bought it for 19500/- , for this it is value for money...

Very Good
The product works really good. This is my second purchase of the same product. But the service is more focused on cross selling their other products than installing the machine. They have water thinner and all the irrelevant products. The service team has to be professional and try selling these products to one required, rather than force fitting them.

Wonderful
The machine does everything that's expected from a front load wm. My old IFB FL WM has been working for the last 14 years (still working) as the service support is pretty good and the spares are still maintained by IFB.
the only issue I faced was the timer missing, which keeps me guessing as to how much more time the machine would take to complete the wash cycle.
anyways, I can't expect more from a budget machine with support long warranty and solid after sales support.

Better remove the exchange offer. So that people don't get frustrate. My machine was in good condition but refused to take exchange.
