I purchased this machine on 22 Jun 2020 and started using by 29 Jun 2020. Delivery was prompt and ifb installation happened with in 48hrs of delivery. I have purchased this in an offer where I exchanged my 11 years old machine of IFB 5.5Kg Serena model. . Delivered quickly. Installation was too late at night, the guy was more keen in selling his products like machine stand, liquid wash and machine cover. That too at double the price. IFB front load is fabulous, quite and high water efficient. Amazing upgrade!

This is an okayish washing machine. This does not have a timer to show how much time is remaining in each cycle or entire operation and hence makes it difficult for us to judge. Also there isn't different compartment for detergent and softener which again is a minus point. It also does have a little sound during operation, but is acceptable. Good design, nice wash, good number of modes are the plus points.
