Decent product
I have been using this machine from past 1 month, so far working good. While spinning it makes huge noise and vibrates more as compared to LG washing machines. Apart from noise and vibration it washes the clothes within stipulated time frame. Design quality is average as operating knob made of cheap plastic material. product is too good but after service is worst 😔 at the time of installation service man says that if u can not use IFB stand then your machine not cover under warranty rude behaviour from service side I will suggest to with LG for better service

Just okay
Does not have a separate chamber for prewash and comfort solution in the detergent tray. Only one chamber. After one month of use I got an issue, it's not rotating, after service from the IFB service person it got okay. Not satisfied.
