Things to remember before buying.

Needs proper machine stand,never buy a stand that is mounted on wheels they rent to move around a lot when operating,this can causes damage in machine.
the machine performance is very good, first wash included 2 double bedsheet 1 towel 2 shirts 2 jeans 4 pillow cover and 4 trackpants, the cloths were very clean.
machine uses very minimal water .

I have experiencing software issue in this model. It will get off automatically during wash mode for any load.this issue I am facing since installed. I have raised a complaint during first wash itself. He suggested some spike buster and stand still I am facing same issue. Whenever it gets off need to switch off and restart the machine it takes long time for washing.

IFB stand was sold for Rs.1660 and IFB cover was sold for Rs.660 while installation and demo. This is almost double of other similar accessories.

The delivery of the product by Flipkart was well within the time mentioned. The product is very good.
Regarding installation and demo ....It is not satisfactory. As Flipkart will only demonstrate how to use the machine. The name installation doesn't have any meaning.
The installation work has to be done by the customer at his own cost. Like electrical and plumbing works.

So customers be careful while purchasing online as the installation and demo will not cover the electrical and plumbing ...

Best part of IFB is its customer care and services. I took 2 demos free of cost. I did not call for any demo. Ifb care call many times and provide demo same day as i asked. Now machine is very easy to use and it reduced the cost and hardwork of washing.
