Perfect product!
Good value for money. Working smoothly. Using it for last 6 months or so. Only design issue i see is the lack of fabric conditioner tray. It may be a cost cutting thing. But would be nice if was there with little hipe in price. Wash quality is decent. Drying is average since its low RPM. You wont get a full dry cloths like in 1000 RPM machine. I would recommend this if you are a fan of front loader machine and need a safe reliable brand. The service installation was bad..i had to wait for sec...

Excellent
Overall it’s been a good experience with Flipkart and IFB. The delivery was on time and the machine was faultless. There’s just one complain and that is, the company doesn’t not provide the proper inlet pipe which can be fixed to tap. And so had to spend extra 800 bucks to buy a new inlet pipe which is easier to install without the need to call the plumbers.
Nevertheless it’s so far so good performance wise...

worthy and satisfactory
I bought it for around 21k...im using it right from 6 months.very satisfactory and worth for its price. Even though it is basic front load model from IFB features and performance was very good.
