Product is very good in both Look and work. One discrepancy, There is no LED light in the drum as shown in the picture. But I feel, there must be a LED light in the drum.

Fully satisfied with the IFB machine. But Flipkart needs to improve the delivery of heavy machines. There was only one person to shift the 75 kg machine from the truck to the house, which is on the ground floor. He did a remarkable job, but two persons are definitely required for something like this.

Wash quality is pretty good when compared to my previous Top Load washing machine. 15 min Quick Wash is quite handy for small loads. Setting up Child Lock feature during wash is a bit tricky. Had to try 3-4 times to set/unset Child Lock. Need to see the performance in the long run.

I've used this product for over a month now, the Overall Performance is very good! Washes out pretty neat! The IFB service rep was also professional and explained all features patiently during installation.

However, you might have to spend an additional of 3-4 grand extra, which would have been valuable if included with product details:

Brought it online through flipkart. Their delivery was good and fast. i received this product on my convenient time and day. well talking about the product, im a IFB customer from past 8-9 years. My previous washing machine which is from IFB is still working and in good condition.
Its been only few days after receiving my new machine. ill post the update shortly of my new machine after complete utilization.

Ordered the product from flipkart during summer sale and got a pretty decent deal. Received product on the promised date and next day installation was done by IFB guys.
We have been using the product for a week now and so far really happy with the performance.
Compare to top load machine it needs very less water and detergent.
So if you are moving from top load to front load, please use half the detergent.

i am using now for 2 months order from flipcart delivered within 5 days
using it daily no problem at all , easy to use, uses less water, less electricity and less detergent. washing quality is very good but wash time just little longer. most important after sales service from IFB is very good . worth buying
