It's a excellent product at this price. Just started using it and feel like a good buy. Delivery and installation process was as smooth as it can be. Never thought I would get this big TV at this price and of a standard brand.

very nice product in this budget... (new year offer 15000) with smart tv specification... display picture quality good dolby sound very clear with out noice.... youtube play pack very smooth no buffering and hanging... totaly value for money....excellent quality.... good service inatalation...

The main issue I found in this TV is the slight backlight bleed. The viewing angle is also not that great. The TV interface sometimes doesn't respond to the given inputs(the TV might not turn off when we press the button, even if I tried pressing the button on the TV)but this doesn't occur that much.I do think that when the TV is first setup the brightness is set way to high, decreasing the brightness makes it much better.
Coming to the smart side of the TV, the TV cannot really be classified...

Nice product in reasonable price.. Supports netflix and youtube but only demerit is that it does not support amozon prime..

till the date it's very nice...but wireless display not connected and cast screen this option are not helpful it is waist extra facility options for its cause I felt not good overall good

picture good, sounds good,old version interfase, wifi display is lagging , YouTube picture clarity is super fine also USB and HDMI ,micro dimming is fine image quality is only in this budget TV also like big brands TV

I have been using this TV from last 2 weeks, the picture and sound quality are too good.Connectivity is not so good and the installed apps are useless except YouTube. I got this along with 2 years of extended warranty at around 15.5k and I am happy with the product considering the price. In the name of smart Tv, I see that I can use only YouTube and Netflix which is good enough for me.

First of all 40 inches full HD for 14k is just amazing. Branded by TCL but made by dicxon technologies in andhra pradesh ie the same company which makes Mi tv for India. Picture quality is very nice n smooth with many features. Sound is good too. I wanted to use a sound bar irrespective of any flat screen. Flip kart delivered it promptly but I believed it's an used one. Coz I see some tempering and wall mounts are out of the box. Anyways still wanted to use!

sound quality is better and picture quality is good for only hd channel.sd channels not looking so good compare to other tv.
wi fi connectivity is good.
its not an android tv. its app store is rubbish.only you tube and netflix are useful.
suggetion to buy full android tv.

totally very satisfied with the product. very nice at this price point. dont expect full fledged smart tv. but youtube and netflix works excellently in this tv. considering the price, its game changer in this segment.
