They pays directly to the customers to give 5 Star ratings.
I personally got the call from Iffalcon who promised me to give me flipkart gift card of 500 rs if i give 5 star ratings on its Ac.
So you can imagine how they are buying their ratings.
Would suggest you to not to go for iffalcon ac by seeing just good ratings.

I had various options like Panasonic, Samsung, Whirlpool and alot more. But this company is somewhere out of box because iffalcon are remarkable for their tv's. Wonderful
Got a faulty product at first but was replaced and installed within the next week, I would say Flipkart service was good and quite fast. Over all good product.
It felt little complicated but I was able to setup with tcl app also.
Cooling is good, sound is low.(less fan speed less will be the sound)
Overall good purchase and value for money.
