Gives inaccurate and unreliable reading, dangerous for people suffering from hypertension
The concept and app are great but the device is yet to achieve the kind of accuracy required to replace a human being.
Consistently gave lower readings than normal, some times with a difference of 20 mm of Hg for systolic and diastolic, and that for a person suffering from hypertension this could be very dangerous. After using these unreliable electronic devices, have learnt to perform and check blood pressure myself.

The first monitor delivered did not work out of the box as expected. It had setup issues. I had to ask to return it instantly. Flipkart processed a replacement for me without asking many questions. The replacement is working as expected. The total shipping time now is 20+ days - minor irritant.

Product not working and was tampered
I purchased the product from flipkart. when I received it, the manual was missing though it was written in the box that the manual is inside. The connecting cable also came separate, but was supposed to be inside the box. What was worse is that the product did not even work. When I ordered for replacement the vendor cancelled it. I called Filpkart and they were supposed to get back to me. That did not happened yet.
